Swallow cottage is an upside down house with the three bedrooms, (double with en-suite, and two twins, one with bunk beds on the ground floor plus a family bathroom with shower and WC.

On the first floor is a spacious open plan living room, with dining table for 6 and kitchen. It overlooks the beautiful, private, walled garden with large lawn and herbaceous borders. Perfect for young children to play safely or to relax with a good book.

Facilities include a large TV with Freeview, DVD-player plus loads of games to keep the kids amused.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge-freezer, micro-wave, electric cooker and washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Bedroom 3 with full-size bunk beds.

Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash-basin.

Inclusive Electricity and Heating. Full oil-fired central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators. Linen with duvets and towels provided. (Please provide your own beach towels). Infant stair-gate, Cot and High-chair are all provided on request.
